Hyatt is seeking a Spa Manager to lead our spa operations with hands-on guidance, ensuring services align with brand standards and guest satisfaction goals. You will manage the department as an independent profit center, planning, directing, and controlling the spa's performance and administration.

The successful candidate will hold a hotel management degree or relevant qualification, possess a Beauty/Spa Therapy credential, and have at least two years of leadership experience in a similar role,

The Spa Manager is responsible for providing hands on support and guidance to ensure services are provided in accordance with approved brand standards of performance and sequences of service. This includes to manage the department as an independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with the hotels and Hyatt's standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Spa operation and administration.
