Golden Ocala Golf Club seeks a Spa Manager to lead service training and ensure luxury hospitality standards across the spa team. You will coach staff, manage front desk operations, and oversee onboarding, retail presentation, and daily shop floor activities to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role offers full-time schedules, with an emphasis on leadership, guest engagement, and seamless operations in a luxury spa environment.

• Ensure luxury hospitality standards are consistently executed by all spa team members
• Conduct daily service observations and coaching
• Reinforce guest engagement standards, service scripting, and attention to detail
• Support service recovery and guest concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a visible presence on the spa floor to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Monitor spa presentation, ambiance, cleanliness, and readiness throughout the day
• Oversee onboarding and training of all new spa team members
• Ensure new hires complete departmental training and operational expectations
• Conduct ongoing coaching and service development for front desk and spa support teams
• Ensure all team members remain informed on new services, seasonal offerings, retail products, and operational updates
• Support continuous education and team accountability
• Oversee daily spa front desk operations and guest flow
• Create and manage front desk schedules
• Ensure proper phone etiquette, booking standards, and guest communication
• Monitor reservation accuracy and operational organization
• Support check-in and check-out procedures to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Assist with shift coverage and operational support when needed
• Ensure front desk areas remain clean, organized, and luxury presentation-ready
• Ensure front desk team maintains strong knowledge of retail products and promotions
• Communicate inventory updates, retail initiatives, and seasonal offerings to the team
• Support merchandising and presentation of retail displays
• Assist in monitoring front desk supplies and spa amenities
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and operational communication
• Coordinate with spa leadership regarding operational updates and staffing needs
• Assist with managing guest & member requests, VIP arrivals, and special accommodations
• Monitor daily operational checklists and opening/closing procedures
• Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment
• Support interdepartmental communication

Full-Time, Various Shifts

Golden Ocala Golf Club has an immediate need for a Spa Manager.

Job responsibilities:

• Lead all Forbes Travel Guide service training initiatives


• Ensure luxury hospitality standards are consistently executed by all spa team members

• Support service recovery and assist with guest concerns in a professional and timely manner

Onboarding & Team Training

• Oversee onboarding and training of all new spa team members
