Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Manager at FLŌTSTŌNE, located in Lake Bluff, IL. The Spa Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day spa operations, managing staff, ensuring outstanding customer service and client satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming and relaxing environment. Responsibilities include budgeting and financial planning, managing inventory, and creating marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
