Hi there! We’re looking for an amazing esthetician to join our startup skincare company.

Haldi is transforming the way women discover and shop for skincare online. We use data to create personalized routines based on clients’ skin, preferences, and budgets (like Stitch Fix meets Sephora). Instead of navigating aisles of skincare or spending hours reading reviews, you fill out an easy quiz, get matched with products from trusted brands, and shop them directly from Haldi’s website.

We’re seeking an esthetician to manage our Customer Experience. This is an exceptional opportunity to combine a passion for beauty/skincare with the chance to grow operational skills applicable in any tech or high-growth company.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Curating and reviewing skincare products to add to our recommended collection
2. Reviewing client skin assessments and creating custom skincare routines
3. Answering client communications (we love discussing questions like, "Why do I need a cleanser?" or "What ingredients don’t go well together?")
4. Please note, this role does not involve in-person services. All recommendations and routines are delivered via our website and platform.

About you:

1. 2+ years of experience as an esthetician
2. A passion for skincare and helping women discover the right routine
3. Excellent communication skills, including over email and text — this is critical
4. A bias for action and the belief that no task is too small
