Job summary

Hand & Stone - 4301 W William Cannon - Austin, TX is seeking an exceptional Spa Manager with strong leadership to oversee service staff, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and drive financial results in our full-service spa.

This role requires flexible scheduling, payroll and scheduling duties, inventory control, and promoting spa services and retail products, with hourly pay plus commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Leading a staff of service professionals
• Balancing coaching/mentoring with discipline
• Delivering outstanding customer experiences in spa services and retail operations

• Handling administrative tasks including payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
