• You have 2–5 years of proven leadership experience, managing teams in customer-focused environments like wellness, retail, or hospitality.
• You know how to set goals, manage performance, and hold people accountable.
• You’re confident using sales data, KPIs, and scheduling tools to drive efficiency and profitability.
• You lead with clarity and empathy, and you're passionate about team development and operational excellence.
