Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Charlotte, NC, for a Spa Manager. The Spa Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction, managing staff performance, and maintaining a high level of client care. Duties also include handling budgeting and financial management, conducting staff training, maintaining spa facilities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
