Hand and Stone is a massage and facial spa franchise in Alpharetta, GA. We are seeking a spa manager to quickly ramp up and run the business in this location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3-5 years of management/sales experience, preferably in a membership sales environment and a strong team management spirit.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Recruiting and retaining massage therapists, estheticians, and sales associates
Oversee and manage the daily operations of a busy spa with focus on achieving membership & sales targets
Deliver exceptional customer service (75% of time spent working face to face with clients)
Promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials to drive spa memberships and retail sales
Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory and reporting
Desired experience and qualifications:
A passion for people and sales
Proven record of sales success in a membership-based business
Demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring with discipline
Strong organizational/planning and computer skills
Experience with a booking system like Zenoti software is a plus
Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
Knowledge and understanding of spa services and product lines
Ability to understand key performance indicators and implement programs to achieve goals
