About the Role
As our Spa Partnership Specialist, you’ll be responsible for driving growth in our professional channel by converting warm inbound leads and building new outbound relationships with estheticians, spa owners, and wellness professionals.

You’ll serve as a trusted guide—educating professionals on our product line, helping them integrate Bambu Earth into their treatments, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

Licensed estheticians are strongly encouraged to apply. Your professional experience brings valuable insight to our customers and to our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to inbound leads and guide estheticians and spa owners through their first Bambu Earth order.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to high-potential spas and solo practitioners via email, phone, and social channels (Instagram DMs, comments, etc.).
  • Maintain consistent daily outreach activity (20–40 touchpoints/day).
  • Communicate the benefits of our all-natural skincare line clearly and confidently.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to manage your lead pipeline, log interactions, and track conversions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our sales, customer care, and marketing teams to optimize the professional customer experience.
  • Occasionally attend industry events or trade shows to build community and support growth.

Who You Are

  • You have 1–3 years of sales or client-facing experience, preferably in skincare, beauty, or wellness.
  • You’re confident handling both inbound and outbound sales cycles and are energized by building authentic relationships.
  • You’re a licensed esthetician or have deep familiarity with the esthetics/spa industry.
  • You’re organized, proactive, and highly communicative in a remote setting.
  • You’re comfortable using a CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus).
  • You genuinely care about helping others thrive and align with Bambu Earth’s values:
