Job summary

Fontainebleau Miami Beach is seeking a detail-oriented room attendant/houseman to maintain pristine locker rooms and spa hallways. You will assist guests with locker rooms, steam rooms, saunas and whirlpools, and support laundry distribution to uphold the high standards of this luxury property.

Ideal candidates may have prior room attendant or customer service experience and a high school education or equivalent. This role requires teamwork and discretion to ensure a spotless guest environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in room attendant or houseman or any other customer service related experience helpful.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and neatness of the facility; inside locker room and Spa hallways.
• Oversees and monitors cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Assists guests in locker rooms with lockers, steam room, dry sauna and whirlpool.
• Executes engineering work order requests as needed.
• Responsible for laundry distribution.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Assists in the Spa locker rooms as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Communicates effectively and maintains good working relationships with staff.
