Job summary

Fontainebleau Miami Beach is seeking a Spa & Salon Reservations Associate to manage daily reservations and guest service operations, ensuring a superior spa experience. You will handle calls, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records while upholding cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and multitasking abilities, with preference for hospitality experience and High School diploma.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles such as call center, front desk, reception or administrative assistant is preferred.
• High School Education or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open, close, and maintain the spa and salon according to standard operating procedures.
• Answer phones and accurately process all spa and salon reservations, changes, or cancellations in the spa and salon system, confirm reservations, and inform guests of spa and salon policies.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas to ensure a safe, clean, and effective working area.
• Accurately explain spa and salon treatment menus and packages to guests.
• Assist and provide courteous personal services for guests regarding resort directions, food & beverage amenities, laundry services, etc.
• Process all billing and posting for spa, salon, and retail services; report any overages and shortages to the Spa Guest Supervisor.
• Assist in all areas of spa and salon operations as necessary.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Ability to perform basic math skills.
• Ability to operate office equipment and be computer literate.

Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following
