Job summary

Fontainebleau Miami Beach is seeking a Public Areas Floor and Carpet Maintenance Associate responsible for the upkeep of floors and carpets in all public areas. The role requires strong organization and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in a large resort, and any experience with stone, masonry, and/or ceramic tile cleaning is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a large resort.
• Previous experience with stone, masonry, and/or ceramic tile cleaning preferred.
• Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean walls, ceilings, vents, and stairwells.
• Clean all areas outside of building as specified.
• Take inventory and complete daily reports and requisitions.
• Polish marble, stone, and linoleum.
• Clean carpets.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
