Responsibilities

• Perform facial, makeup, and wax services to guests and assure guest satisfaction.
• Perform treatments to designed standards on a timely basis and provide superior guest services.
• Obtain guest's basic medical history, assess any problems/conditions, and assure guest safety while performing services.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials.
• Maintain towels, linen, and supplies.
• Assist customers with questions and sell goods and products.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High school education or equivalent. Technical school certification required.
• Current Certification from State Board of Cosmetology.
