Job summary

Alyeska Resort is seeking a Nordic Spa Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance across pools, saunas and spa facilities at our Alyeska Nordic Spa in Girdwood, Alaska. You will supervise staff, manage preventive maintenance, and ensure safety standards are upheld.

The role requires deep knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry, with 3+ years in supervision. On-site work, collaborative spirit, and a commitment to guest wellness are essential.

Qualifications

Requires advanced understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry concepts.
Trade Certifications are an asset.
Safety Certifications are an asset.
Previous certification or hotel maintenance is an asset.
Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily maintenance of pools, sauna, steam rooms and spa spaces.
Lead and train maintenance staff; manage checklists and preventive maintenance programs.
Coordinate with Spa Maintenance Operations Manager on major repairs and improvements.
Ensure life safety standards and compliance across all spa areas.
Document equipment records and track maintenance requests and work orders.
