Job summary

Alyeska Resort in Alaska hosts Alyeska Nordic Spa, seeking a Nordic Spa Attendant to uphold guest experiences in a scenic, outdoor-focused setting. You will help maintain cleanliness, safety and comfort across spa areas while engaging with guests in a warm, welcoming manner.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork and attention to detail, with a focus on wellness and relaxation in a mountain environment.

Qualifications

Spa or hospitality experience preferred.
First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
Excellent guest service, communication and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and move cleaning chemicals safely.
Passion for people and wellness.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain the entire spa facility, including bathrooms, showers, locker rooms and pool area.
Operate pools, saunas, steam rooms, pool deck and outdoor spaces for guest safety and enjoyment.
Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure guest experience is maintained.
Restock guest amenities and linens as required; remove and replace as needed.
Perform deep cleaning tasks and follow spa checklists to uphold standards.
Communicate professionally to support a welcoming, inclusive spa environment.
Collaborate with team to uphold the spa's values of community and acceptance.
