Job summary

Leslie’s is seeking Service Technicians to ensure an outstanding experience for hot tubs, swim spas, pools, saunas, and related products. Technicians will uphold safety and follow company policies, delivering proactive service to customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include water care, balancing, and repairing equipment after training. Outdoor work in all weather and travel as needed are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must have previous Hot Tub or Pool experience
• Must be 21 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Some mechanical, plumbing and/or electrical skills preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 50lbs and work a flexible schedule
• Customer service skills required

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly and monthly spa water care (this may be learned on the job)
• Provide weekly water balancing and pool cleaning services to a pre-assigned group of customers
• Responsible for maintaining goals set by management
• Responsible for other assigned duties
• Complete and stay current on training and certifications to repair hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas
• Must be able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions
