Position Summary

Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa/salon reservations software. Call guests to confirm appointments, answer questions about services, and update reservations/cancellations throughout the day. Inform providers of last-minute changes, resolve scheduling issues with supervision, and check in guests, confirming their details and providing orientation. Promote and sell spa/salon services. Manage cash and payment processing, including obtaining change and securing the bank. Process payments, log tips, and balance receipts. Notify maintenance of repairs and follow all company policies regarding appearance, confidentiality, and safety. Greet guests professionally, address their needs, assist guests with disabilities, and express appreciation. Communicate clearly, develop positive relationships, and adhere to quality standards. Stand, sit, walk, and lift objects up to 10 pounds as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No certifications necessary.
