Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a professional Hair Stylist to deliver exceptional salon services in a luxury spa setting. You will perform a range of hair treatments, from blowouts to color and extensions, while maintaining the highest standards of service and guest care.

Ideal candidates hold a PA cosmetology license, have spa or luxury hospitality experience, and demonstrate strong communication and guest-service skills.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Cosmetology or Barber License.
• Experience providing professional hair services in a salon, spa, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair services including blowouts, haircuts, color treatments, styling, and extensions.
• Deliver personalized consultations and recommend services and products based on guest needs.
• Maintain sanitation, hygiene, and safety to meet licensing requirements.
• Prepare, clean, and organize salon workstations, tools, and equipment.
• Promote salon retail products and educate guests on at-home hair care solutions.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Support spa operations and collaborate with colleagues to meet guest service needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and product education programs.

About the Role

The Hair Stylist is responsible for delivering exceptional salon services while creating a welcoming, professional, and luxurious experience for every guest. As part of the Spa team, this position performs a variety of hair services, maintains salon standards, promotes spa offerings, and contributes to an outstanding guest experience.

What You Will Do

What You Bring

• Current Pennsylvania Cosmetology or Barber License.
• Experience providing professional hair services in a salon, spa, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to remain organized and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
