Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an On-Call Hair Stylist to deliver exceptional salon services within our Luxe Spa team. You will perform blowouts, cuts, color treatments, styling, and extensions while upholding the highest standards of sanitation and guest care.

You will welcome guests, provide personalized consultations, promote salon products, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless, luxurious experience. Pennsylvania license required; weekend/holiday flexibility.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Cosmetology or Barber License.
• Experience delivering professional hair services in a salon, spa, hotel, or luxury hospitality.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to stay organized and attentive in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair services including blowouts, haircuts, color treatments, styling, and extensions.
• Deliver personalized consultations and recommend services and products based on guest needs.
• Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, hygiene, and safety in accordance with licensing requirements.
• Prepare, clean, and organize salon workstations, tools, and equipment.
• Promote salon retail products and educate guests on at-home hair care solutions.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Support overall spa operations and collaborate with colleagues to meet guest service needs.
• Participate in ongoing training, product education, and service excellence programs.

About The Role

The Hair Stylist is responsible for delivering exceptional salon services while creating a welcoming, professional, and luxurious experience for every guest. As part of the Spa team, this position performs a variety of hair services, maintains salon standards, promotes spa offerings, and contributes to an outstanding guest experience.

What You Bring

• Ability to remain organized and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced setting.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
