Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Nail Technician to deliver luxury nail care in our spa. You will provide manicures, pedicures, Shellac, and specialty services within a serene, high-end setting.

Qualifications

• Current PA cosmetology license is required.
• Experience providing nail services in a spa, salon, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, Shellac, and related treatments.
• Deliver personalized consultations and recommend treatments and retail products.
• Maintain salon areas to high cleanliness, sanitation, and organization standards.
• Follow spa safety protocols and state regulations.
• Promote spa services and retail to enhance guest experience.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with spa team and support spa operations.
• Participate in ongoing training and product education.

About The Role

The Nail Technician is responsible for providing exceptional nail care services while creating a relaxing and personalized spa experience for every guest. As a member of the Spa team, this role delivers professional treatments, maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, and contributes to the elevated service experience that defines Four Seasons.

What You Will Do

• Provide professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, polish changes, Shellac services, paraffin treatments, callus treatments, and specialty nail services.
• Deliver personalized consultations and recommend treatments and retail products based on guest needs.
• Maintain salon and treatment areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Follow all Pennsylvania State Board of Cosmetology regulations and spa safety protocols.
• Promote spa services, amenities, and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
• Collaborate with spa colleagues and support overall spa operations as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training, product education, and professional development opportunities.

What You Bring

• Current Pennsylvania State Cosmetology License.
• Experience providing nail services in a spa, salon, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of spa scheduling systems such as Book4Time is an asset.
