Job summary

Four Seasons Nashville is seeking a Spa & Gym Attendant to welcome guests and maintain a pristine spa environment. You will guide tours, assist guests during treatments, and ensure locker rooms and public areas meet the brand's luxury standards.

The role is part-time with a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience in luxury hospitality and excellent guest service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or spa is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival, provide facility tours and explain spa amenities.
• Assist guests before and after treatments, offering refreshments and comfort.
• Monitor and maintain locker rooms and spa public areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Transport and replenish linens; coordinate with laundry as needed.
• Restock amenities, towels, and supplies in locker rooms and fitness areas.
• Complete daily opening and closing checklists for spa areas.
• Monitor facilities and address cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Support Spa Therapists by refreshing treatment rooms during busy times.
• Adhere to Four Seasons policies and foster teamwork with colleagues.

About the Role

At Four Seasons Nashville, the Spa & Gym Attendant plays an essential role in creating an exceptional guest experience by providing a warm welcome and maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting spa environment. This position ensures all spa facilities, locker rooms, and guest areas are impeccably presented, fully stocked, and ready to deliver the highest standard of luxury and service.

What You Will Do

• Welcome guests upon arrival, provide facility tours, assign lockers, and explain spa amenities, equipment, and services.
• Assist guests before and after treatments, offering refreshments and ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience.
• Continuously monitor and maintain locker rooms and spa public areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Collect, transport, and replenish linens throughout the spa, coordinating with the laundry department as needed.
• Restock guest amenities, towels, and supplies in locker rooms, relaxation areas, fitness facilities, and refreshment stations.
• Complete daily opening and closing checklists to ensure all spa areas are clean, properly maintained, and fully stocked.
• Monitor spa facilities and promptly address cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the day.
• Support Spa Therapists by refreshing treatment rooms during busy periods and high guest volume.
• Adhere to Four Seasons policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
• Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and supervisors to support a collaborative team environment.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality, spa, wellness, or customer service environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and transport linens and supplies, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as business levels require.
