Job summary

Caesars Entertainment's Planet Hollywood Las Vegas is seeking a part-time Spa Coordinator to maintain reception and spa areas, assist with scheduling, answer phones, and ensure guest satisfaction.

In this role you will work in a fast-paced environment, multitask between reception and spa hosting, and use Microsoft Office to manage bookings; prior spa or front-desk experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years reception desk/salon or spa experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18+ with excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, friendly and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of personalized service to guests.
• Schedule appointments accurately in person and by phone.
• Handle reception and spa host duties in one shift.
• Maintain knowledge of spa treatments, services, and retail items.
