Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Services/Female Locker Rooms Attendant for the Spa of Colonial Williamsburg in Williamsburg, VA. You will help create a luxurious, welcoming environment for guests in the spa, retail area, and female locker rooms.

The role emphasizes high-level customer service, professional presentation, and safe, organized workspaces. Prior spa or retail exposure and strong communication are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer service environment.
• Experience of working in a Spa and retail environment a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor by start of shift in proper uniform.
• Ensure amenities in all areas and locker rooms are properly stocked, clean, and neatly organized.
• Ensure all merchandise in the retail store is clean, neat and organized; restock any goods in the shop that have been depleted.
• Ensure a safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
