Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality in Wetumpka, Alabama, seeks a Spa Attendant to greet guests, handle reservations, check-ins, and payments while ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.

You will maintain spa areas, assist with tours, stock supplies, and support staff across the spa, locker room, and fitness areas with a friendly, professional demeanor; evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled to complete GED within six months.
• Must be nineteen years of age or older.
• Must be able to work on the FEMALE side of the spa.
• Minimum six months of retail customer service experience.
• Must pass interview and guest service audition.
• Must type 20 wpm and pass skills tests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with reservations and check-in in a courteous manner.
• Process payments for services and retail items promptly and accurately.
• Ensure check-in/payments follow policy and protect company assets.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and restock as needed; keep areas tidy.
• Provide facility tours and describe spa amenities to guests.
• Open/close shifts per SOP and support training sessions.
• Respond to guest requests professionally and aim for maximum satisfaction.
• Cross-train across spa areas including locker room and fitness center.
• Answer phones and provide beverage service as required.
• Balance cash reports and end-of-shift settlements.
