Job summary

Heights Wellness Retreat Novi, launching Michigan’s flagship location, seeks an experienced operations leader to manage daily retreat functions and maintain luxury service standards.

You will recruit and lead a top-tier team, drive membership growth, and oversee budget, scheduling, and guest experience with a focus on profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing P&L, sales, and team operations in luxury wellness, hospitality, or franchise (>$1M revenue).
• Proven pre-opening/launch experience building systems and opening new locations.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and retaining licensed service professionals and high-performing sales consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retreat operations with flawless sanctuary standards and guest-centric concierge service.
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and retain Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and Wellness Consultants.
• Drive front-of-house consultative sales, memberships, retention programs, and local partnerships.
• Monitor KPI, labor costs, and inventory to maximize profitability.
• Champion the guest journey through the Cloud 9 Experience and maintain white-glove service.
• Set a culture of gracious hospitality and precise, proactive communication.

What You Will Do (Operational & Team Ownership)

• Operational Leadership: Manage daily retreat operations, maintaining flawless sanctuary standards, digital workflows, and bespoke concierge hospitality exceeding Heights' standards.
• Team Building & Culture: Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and retain a top‑tier team of Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and Wellness Consultants while fostering cross‑departmental alignment.
• Sales & Membership Growth: Lead front‑of‑house consultative sales, membership acquisition, retention programs, and local community outreach to drive qualified leads.
• KPI & Financial Performance: Monitor operational metrics, schedule optimization, labor costs, and guest feedback to maximize retreat profitability.
• Guest Experience Champion: Elevate the signature "Cloud 9 Experience", ensuring every client journey is personalized, seamless, and results driven.
• Model Excellence: Set the tone with gracious hospitality, intentional communication, and white‑glove care in every interaction.

Qualifications & Leadership Profile

• Proven Operations Leadership: 3+ years managing P&L, sales, and team operations in a high‑end wellness, luxury hospitality, premier boutique fitness, or franchise environment ($1M+ revenue scope preferred).
• Pre‑Opening / Launch Experience: Demonstrated track record of building systems, launching new locations, or scaling a business unit from the ground up.
• Talent Acquisition & Retention: Experience recruiting, onboarding, and retaining licensed service professionals (Massage Therapists, Estheticians) and high‑performing sales consultants.
• Sales & Revenue Ownership: Direct experience driving recurring membership growth, conversion metrics, and local B2B partnership marketing.
• KPI & Financial Acumen: Proficient with schedule optimization, labor cost management, inventory control, and POS/CRM operational platforms.
• Adaptable & Resilient Leader: An entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional problem‑solving skills - equally comfortable evaluating financial metrics with ownership as engaging guests on the floor.
• Science & Tech Leadership: Strong aptitude for understanding health, wellness, and recovery technologies, with the capability to lead team training on scientific concepts and integrated client pathing.
