Massage Heights is seeking a Front Desk Rockstar to join our team. The role focuses on greeting Guests, managing appointments, and selling memberships across our San Antonio locations, including Alamo Heights, Leon Springs, Bandera, and more.

You will operate our booking software, handle check-ins/outs, and process payments with a friendly, professional demeanor. A positive attitude, reliability, and flexibility to work weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional guest experiences in a service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to learn and operate scheduling software and point-of-sale systems.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests and Members warmly, creating a welcoming lobby atmosphere.
• Master the booking software to schedule appointments, check-in/out guests, and process payments.
• Build rapport with Guests in the lobby and foster a positive, inclusive experience.
• Present and sell membership programs with confidence and courtesy.
• Deliver outstanding Guest experiences to retain Members and encourage repeat visits.
• Answer phones with upbeat, professional etiquette.
