Job summary

The Pfister Hotel’s WELL Spa, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, seeks a part-time, hourly Guest Services professional to welcome guests, manage appointments, and guide them to a relaxing spa experience in downtown Milwaukee.

You will greet guests, handle pre-treatment paperwork, and actively upsell services and retail while maintaining a polished, guest-focused demeanor. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to recommend and sell spa services and retail based on guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first impression of WELL Spa, creating a warm, professional, and memorable experience for every guest.
• Greet clients upon arrival, process pre-treatment paperwork, and guide guests to the spa for a seamless start.
• Schedule, manage, and confirm appointments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Build guest relationships by recommending personalized services and retail products to enhance the spa experience and revenue.
• Address guest inquiries promptly in person, over the phone, and via digital channels.
