Job summary

Woodmark Hotel & Still Spa in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Spa Receptionist to warmly greet guests, book spa services, and handle front desk duties. You will provide exceptional service, uphold AAA Four Diamond Standards, and support a fast-paced front desk environment.

This is a part-time role requiring mornings, evenings, and weekend availability. Benefits include on-site parking, meal credits, discounts on meals and spa services, and opportunities for employee perks through the Oakwood program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year customer service experience required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival.
• Accepts payment from guests.
• Completes opening and/or closing tasks.
• Gives guests a tour of the facilities as required.
• Maintains accurate records of locker availability.
