Job summary

Gervasi Vineyard is hiring a Spa Front Desk Concierge for The Spa, welcoming guests and assisting with reservations both over the phone and in person. The role promotes retail products and supports gift card requests while maintaining a pristine spa environment.

The position is part-time or full-time with pay ranging from $15 to $17.50 per hour, based on experience. Flexible schedules, training opportunities, and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Spa/Beauty industry experience preferred.
• Prior spa experience strongly preferred.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Book4Time software.
• Must be over 18 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service in retail/hotel/spa.
• Prior front desk or administrative experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the Spa and assist with inquiries.
• Coordinate spa service bookings by phone and in person.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and locker room/restrooms.
• Assist with gift cards, merchandise, and retail promotions.
• Open and close duties as assigned.
• Support team operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow company policies and standards.

Front Desk Concierge for The Spa-

The Spa Front Desk Concierge will provide spa guests with exceptional service when checking into or out of the Spa and making Spa reservations over phone and in-person. The Concierge will promote the retail products and increase retail revenues, assist with Gift Card/certificate requests. In addition, they will assist with keeping all areas clean including locker room and restrooms while exhibiting courteous hospitality to all guests. The Concierge needs to demonstrate a pleasant demeanor, positive attitude, and loves to smile! Candidate should be engaging, inquisitive, and exemplify attention to detail. Schedule flexibility is necessary.

Pay:

$15-$17.50 depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Assist in greeting and welcoming guests to the Spa, providing information for any inquiries, help to coordinate all guest requests for services, and maintain impeccable cleanliness of the Spa.
• Answer all phone calls timely and assist with all booking reservations.
• Responds quickly to request from guest, supervisors, or management in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner and follows up to ensure guest satisfaction
• Assist fellow associates with daily operations to support healthy teamwork and contribute to the success of the Spa.
• Perform Opening and Closing duties seamlessly.
• Assist with keeping all areas clean including locker room and restrooms while exhibiting courteous hospitality to all guests
• Cleans and folds laundry for treatments and changing rooms when needed.
• Always provides a professional image through appearance and dress in ordinance with the standards set by and for the Gervasi Spa employees.
• Always follows company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Spa/Beauty Industry Experience is Preferred
• Prior Spa experience strongly preferred
• Luxury hotel experience
• Knowledge in Book4Time software

Bachelor’s Degree

Due to the cyclical nature of the Spa Service industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the business including select evenings, regular weekends, and Holidays.

Prior front desk or administrative experience

Must be over 18 Years Old

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a retail, hotel, or spa environment

Working knowledge of spa services and products
