Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients warmly, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments.
• Text and email clients regarding their appointments.
• Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions, operate the register, and balance daily.
• Support retail sales by recommending and promoting spa products and services.
• Introduce clients to retail offerings and current promotions.
• Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and stocked.
