Job summary

The Spa Reception Attendant at Trilogy at Vistancia’s Kiva & Mita Clubs in Peoria, AZ, handles front desk operations and delivers exceptional service to members and guests. Reporting to the Spa & Fitness Manager, you’ll greet visitors, manage check-ins, and coordinate reservations with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.

This full-time role requires a customer-focused candidate with at least a year of reception or hospitality experience, strong communication, and computer literacy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year receptionist, customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fitness, aquatics, salon, and spa standards is a plus.
• Computer literate and able to perform basic arithmetic.
• Strong communication with team members and customers.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and guests in a friendly, energetic manner.
• Schedule reservations for personal training sessions or fitness programs.
• Maintain daily SOPs for spa and fitness operations and ensure cleanliness.
• Monitor club rules and enforce policies.
• Enter member profiles and provide orientation for equipment use.
• Sell retail and fitness passes; handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Report maintenance and safety issues to supervisors.
• Encourage guests to dine, use spa, salon and fitness services.
• Fold guest towels and perform other duties as assigned.
