Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking a part-time Massage Therapist at Trilogy at Vistancia, Kiva & Mita Clubs, offering a friendly spa environment and opportunities to work with a diverse client base in Peoria, AZ.

You will perform massage services, document treatments, and maintain high standards of cleanliness while following safety protocols and company policies. This role requires flexibility for evenings/weekends and a customer‑focused attitude.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of customer service and massage experience preferred.
• Must meet state requirements for certified therapist or LMT.
• Maintain current licenses and certifications as required.
• Participate in CEU courses if required for license renewal.
• Ability to explain and promote treatments, services, and products to guests.
• Stay organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver massage therapy services and various techniques.
• Create a healthy, stress-free environment for clients.
• Maintain client records and treatment notes.
• Keep work area clean and sanitized; replace linens between appointments.
• Adhere to facility policies and BlueStar core values.
