Qualifications

• Two years of spa or hotel front-desk or retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma; CPR certification preferred.
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to work around heat and steam and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Plan spa services, pools, and spa groups and book guest appointments.
• Open and close the spa, handle cash, and follow opening/closing checklists.
• Greet guests, introduce spa services, and guide them through spa spaces.
• Keep reception and lobby tidy and manage retail displays.
• Assist with monthly retail inventory and cover spa attendant duties when needed.
