Job summary

Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa is seeking a Spa Front Desk Agent to deliver a high level of service at the Spa Reception and Retail area. You will introduce and schedule spa services, greeting guests and coordinating with Resort staff to maximize satisfaction and revenue.

The role focuses on friendly, personalized service, accurate billing, and seamless scheduling, with opportunities to engage guests and contribute to a welcoming guest experience at our oceanfront resort.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Desire to provide warm, engaging, personalized service.
• Maintain high personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Ability to handle stressful hotel operations with composure.
• Food Handlers & TIPS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests entering the Spa.
• Handle billing and point-of-sale for spa services and retail.
• Schedule guest and staff appointments to maintain efficiency.
• Assist with scheduled retail inventory.
• Maintain orderliness and presentation of Spa Reception and Retail.
• Provide personal attention to ensure a pleasant visit.
• Be the primary source of information about Spa offerings and procedures.
• Attend required department training and meetings.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
