Job summary

Quail Ridge Club in Boynton Beach, FL, seeks a Part-time Spa and Fitness Coordinator/Receptionist to greet members, answer phones, and schedule massage and facial appointments. You will handle billing, CHITS entries, and provide friendly, professional service in a busy fitness and spa environment.

This role requires strong English communication, good organizational skills, ability to work evenings and weekends, and comfort with POS/office software.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate tasks with limited supervision.
• Detail-oriented with good time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous clerical and receptionist experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests; answer phones and direct inquiries.
• Schedule and reschedule massage and facial appointments; manage billing/CHITS for fitness services.
• Order supplies and manage inventory for the fitness facility; process PO's and requisitions.
• Handle fitness billing and track daily/monthly traffic; manage staff payments and certificates.
