Job Description

You are an ambassador for the exceptional service and serene atmosphere that are hallmarks of our Spa Without Walls and fitness experience. Your warm, personal attention and service to our guests is what makes us the best.

What you will be doing:

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Maximize the books by reserving treatments according to standard
  • Provide information and book appointments by phone with a smile and refined verbiage
  • Promptly respond all emails and communications with clients and employees
  • Maintains a calm attitude in a fast pace environment
  • Promote retail products
  • Check in and check out guests and manage all cashier functions
  • Be a Spa advocate to all hotel and enthusiastic to guests needs
  • Maintain all areas clean, sanitized and organized
  • Re-stock all linen and amenities to provide a pleasant ambiance for all guest
  • Maintain Spa areas in a tidy manner to ensure that amenities are properly stocked

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Service focused personality and passion for hospitality
  • Proven ability to build and maintain amazing relationships
  • Belief in a strong team culture that will set the scene for high performance
  • 6 months experience in Resort Spa, preferred

Additional Information

Hourly Rate:$24.33 USD

Visa Requirements:Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining U.S. work authorization.
