Job summary

Aurora Medical Spa in Des Peres, Missouri, seeks a Spa Coordinator to be the operational and experiential anchor of the clinic. This full-time, in-person role connects clients, providers, and operations to ensure every visit feels welcomed, informed, and cared for.

You will manage schedules, treatment flow, memberships, and retail discussions while contributing to a positive team culture and exceptional service delivery at our Des Peres location.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
• Interest in beauty, wellness, and medical aesthetics.
• Two or more years of experience in related service industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming client experience from check-in to check-out and manage provider schedules with accuracy.
