Aurora Medical Spa — Oakville, MO

Purpose

Aurora Medical Spa is hiring a full-time Licensed Medical Aesthetician for our Oakville, MO location. We're looking for a skincare professional who wants real ownership over their space and their book of clients, and who's excited to help shape what this clinic becomes.

About Aurora Medical Spa - Des Peres

Oakville is one of Aurora's newest locations in the St. Louis area, joining our Des Peres and Chesterfield clinics in April 2024. The space is currently undergoing a remodel, which means the aesthetician who joins us here gets something rare: a clean slate.

You'll be working alongside our nurse injectors and admin team to build the skincare side of this clinic from the ground up.

About the Role

This is a full-time, in-person aesthetician position. You'll conduct individualized skincare consultations, build treatment plans, and grow a client base that's yours to shape from day one. As the sole esthetician at this location, you'll work closely with our nurse injectors and admin staff to deliver a coordinated client experience, and you'll have real influence over how the skincare program at Oakville takes shape as the clinic grows.

No prior medical spa experience is required. What we need is your Missouri license, your passion for skin, and the drive to build something rather than just maintain it.

Please note: an active Missouri Aesthetician license is required for this position.

Qualifications

Required

• Active Missouri Aesthetician license, current, valid, and in good standing
• Clear, professional communication with clients and team members
• Strong attention to detail in a clinical or client-facing setting
• Genuine passion for skincare results and long-term client wellbeing

Preferred

• Prior experience in a medical spa, dermatology office, or results-focused aesthetics environment
• Familiarity with advanced treatment modalities such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or device-based services
• Comfort working independently as the sole esthetician at a location
• Existing ties to Oakville or the greater St. Louis metro area
