Job summary

Blackberry Farm is seeking a Spa Coordinator to deliver 5-star guest service in our spa. You will book appointments, manage front- and back-house operations, and be the first and last impression for guests.

You will coordinate therapist schedules, answer calls, handle billing, supervise spa spaces, and ensure the look and cleanliness meet our standards while supporting inventory and transport arrangements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
• Ability to provide 5-star service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Book spa appointments for on-property guests.
• Handle opening & closing procedures.
• Answer phone calls and retrieve voicemails.
• Coordinate therapist, nail techs, and esthetician schedules daily.
• Ensure the spa look meets Blackberry Farm standards, including housekeeping duties.
• Assist in stocking towels, linens, and spa items.
