ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform manicures and pedicures, hand and foot treatments
• Perform facials and body treatments
• Maintain a clean work area and equipment, fold and stock rooms and closets
• Remove soiled laundry, and bring in clean laundry.
• Assist in opening and closing duties
• Transport guests
• Attend the front desk if the coordinator needs to step away briefly
• Perform any tasks deemed necessary by the manager to keep the spa clean, stocked, and operating smoothly

Must comply with all company policies and procedures.

To perform the essential functions of this position, regular and predictable attendance is required.

Must be able to work well with other Team Members and managers and interact with our guests.

Must have the flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

EDUCATION And EXPERIENCE

• TN State License required
• Previous spa or salon experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent

Language Skills

• Must have excellent verbal communication skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members

Mathematical Skills

• Basic knowledge and understanding of math

REASONING ABILITY

• Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must be able to perform multiple services during shift
