Job summary

Blackberry Farm in Walland, TN is seeking a Spa Attendant who is energetic and service-oriented to guide guests through their spa experience while upholding standards.

You will assist with opening/closing spa areas, stock towels and amenities, and ensure cleanliness of locker rooms, lounges and treatment spaces. Prior customer service experience and a willingness to work early mornings and late nights are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous spa or health club experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Set up morning spa water, tea, and snack offerings.
• Provide spa tour of the relaxation area, spa changing room, lockers, and steam shower.
• Stock lockers, towels, and amenities; remove trash and dirty linen.
• Assist therapists in flipping rooms, stocking, cleaning and sanitizing equipment/work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker rooms, lounge, and spa dispensary and pool.
