Job summary

Mirbeau Inn & Spa Beacon is seeking a polished Spa Attendant to support a seamless, elevated guest experience. You’ll maintain treatment areas, locker rooms, and shared spaces with calm, discreet service and a focus on cleanliness and organization.

Pay range is $19.00–$22.00 per hour. The role requires warmth, professionalism, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a Forbes-rated, wellness-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism; provide tours of spa facilities upon arrival.
• Engage guests with courteous, personalized service reflecting Forbes/ Mirbeau Standards.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality for all guests at all times.
• Ensure spa areas reflect a calm, welcoming, pristine environment.
• Exceed guest expectations through attentive service.
• Maintain cleanliness of spa areas including locker rooms, resting areas, fitness room, and treatment rooms.
• Deliver fresh linens and guest supplies; manage linen and supplies inventory.
• Follow cleaning protocols using approved products and maintain safety standards.
• Report maintenance issues and stay aligned with spa policies and SOPs.
• Attend trainings and team meetings; perform additional tasks as assigned.
