The Mirbeau Companies is searching for Spa Attendants to support the Women’s Locker room at Spa Mirbeau. This role is vital in providing an exceptional guest experience through cleaning and assisting therapists. Ideal candidates will possess a guest-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service industries.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on the guest experience.

Responsabilités

• Remove dirty linen, glassware, trash from treatment rooms.
• Assist in emptying carts of soiled linen and trash.
• Deliver clean linen and supplies to locker rooms and towel storage.
• Set up lounge chairs and remove as scheduled.
• Maintain required inventory of linen and report shortages.
• Clean toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors when needed.
• Wax and/or polish surfaces if needed.
• Report problems or unusual situations to management.
• Assist in Laundry if needed.
• Give tours of the facility to guests.
