Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking a friendly Esthetician to deliver facial and body treatments per standards, ensuring guest peace and relaxation in a luxury setting.

The role offers a part-time schedule (8–29 hours) including weekends and holidays, with training and development opportunities and benefits such as employee discounts, complimentary dry cleaning for uniforms, employee meals, and discounted parking near the hotel.

Responsabilidades

• Set-up and maintain Spa including refreshments in pre-treatment and treatment areas.
• Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests; resolve customer complaints; assist guests with inquiries about Spa services.
• Maintain clean work areas in Spa Dispensary and Staff Room.
• Utilize reservation systems, maintenance records, and Guest Experience database to ensure guest satisfaction with all services provided.
• Adhere to the facial sequence of service when performing skincare treatments.
• Provide hair removal services in line with waxing treatments.
• Prepare, operate and sanitize all equipment in treatment rooms and Spa areas.
• Ensure daily and opening/closing checklists are completed and areas of Spa are well maintained, stocked, and clean.
• Assist in reception area answering product and treatment questions and assist with booking recommendations.
• Retrieve linens from laundry and assist with locker room setup; return used linen to laundry.
• Keep locker and Spa relaxation areas neat and organized.
• Assist other staff with set-up and breakdown of treatment areas.
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by management.
• Assist with responsibilities in the absence of or due to heavy volume in Spa and Fitness areas when needed.

About The Role:

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our Spa team as an Esthetician. As our Esthetician, you will perform all facial and body treatments according to Four Seasons' standards and protocols, ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation.

What You'll Do:

• Set-up and maintain Spa including refreshments in pre-treatment and treatment areas.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism;accommodatespecial requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection withSpa services.
• Maintain clean work areas in Spa Dispensary and Staff Room.
• Appropriately utilize reservation systems, maintenancerecords, and Guest Experience database as vehicles of communication to ensure guest satisfaction with all services provided.
• Adhere to the facial sequence of service when performing skincare treatments.
• Provide hair removal services in line with waxing treatments.
• The ability toprepare,operateand properly sanitize all equipment in the treatment rooms andSpa areas.
• Ensure compliance of daily and opening/closing checklists by walking and ensuring all areas ofSpaare well maintained, stocked, and cleaned to ensure high-quality presentation and repair of all equipment.
• Assist in reception area answering product and treatment questions as well as assisting with booking recommendations as needed by guests.
• Retrieve linens from laundry and assist with locker room set up; returnusedlinen to laundry.
• Assist in keeping locker andSpa relaxation areasneat and organized.
• Assist other staff with set-up and breakdown of treatment areas.
• Perform other tasksandprojects as assigned by management.
• Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in areas ofSpa and Fitnesswhen needed.
