Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Part-Time Spa Attendant to join our dynamic Spa team. In this role, you will help create a welcoming, relaxing, and impeccably maintained environment by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the spa, fitness areas, locker rooms, and pool facilities.

You will play an important role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring all areas are organized, fully stocked, and guest-ready

Qualifications

• 6 months in hospitality industry work or fitness, health club related work.
• One to two years' experience working in Housekeeping or Spa preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain spa including refreshments, locker rooms, work out areas, and pool.
• Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism; resolve complaints; assist inquiries about spa services.
• Assist guests to their appointments as they relate to Spa services.
• Assist guests with use and setup of fitness machines and equipment; introduce guests to spa services practitioners.
• Clean and stock waiting area.

In this role, you will help create a welcoming, relaxing, and impeccably maintained environment by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the spa, fitness areas, locker rooms, and pool facilities.

You will play an important role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring all areas are organized, fully stocked, and guest-ready at all times. Through your professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to service, you will respond to guest needs efficiently and courteously, helping to maximize guest comfort, satisfaction, and overall well-being.

What You'll Do:

• Set-up and maintain spa including refreshments, locker rooms, work out areas, and pool.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services.
• Assist guest to their appointments as they relate to the Spa services.
• Assist guests with use and set-up of fitness machines, croquet, tennis equipment, Liason/introduce guests to spa services practitioners (massage therapists, fitness instructors and tennis pros, etc.).
• Clean and stock waiting area.

What You Bring:

• 6 months in hospitality industry work and or fitness, health club related work
• One to two years' experience working in Housekeeping or Spa preferred
• Work authorization in the United States

What To Expect :

Work a part-time schedule of 24 hours weekly that will include Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, weekends and holidays to support the needs of a luxury spa operation and its guest.

Spend the majority of your day moving throughout the spa, fitness, locker room, and pool areas, collaborating closely with the Spa team to ensure every space is welcoming, pristine, and guest-ready.

Perform tasks that require frequent lifting and carrying of supplies, as well as careful handling, stocking, and presentation of robes, slippers, linens, and other guest amenities with exceptional attention to detail.
