Heritage Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Spa Esthetician to deliver high-quality facial treatments and personalized guest care at our New Mexico spa. You will consult with guests, tailor experiences to preferences, and promote spa services and products during each visit.

The role emphasizes maintaining pristine treatment rooms, delivering attentive service, and contributing to a relaxing, professional spa environment for every guest. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Current Esthetician or Cosmetologist license as required by the State.
• Minimum of one year of esthetician experience required.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize reservation and POS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and spa cleanliness standards.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments and esthetic services to spa standards.
• Consult with guests to understand preferences and enhance their experience.
• Promote spa services and recommend retail products thoughtfully.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Provide warm, polished and attentive guest interaction throughout each visit.
