Job Description

The Spa Esthetician will provide professional massage therapy services to clients and maintain spa standards throughout treatments. Appointments will occur at reserved times with no delay. The Spa Esthetician will maintain cleanliness of treatment and prep rooms in a professional manner to enhance operations and guest experience.

• Provide professional massage therapy services to clients.
• Greet clients in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain strict cleanliness practices according to established protocols.
• Possess thorough knowledge of various services, products, and benefits offered.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and conduct with guests at all times.
• Attend training sessions for new services and train new employees on services and treatments as needed.
• Upsell guests on add-on options for services.
• Report service issues immediately.
• Assist in other areas of the spa, including reception, spa attendant duties, and retail areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current state license in Massage Therapy.
• Ability to set up all proper equipment for services.
• Experience in product retailing.
• Ability to obtain/maintain necessary certifications/licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
