Job Description

The Spa Esthetician will provide professional massage therapy services to clients and uphold spa standards throughout treatments. Appointments are scheduled at reserved times with no delays. The Esthetician will also maintain cleanliness of treatment and prep rooms to enhance the guest experience.

• Provide professional massage therapy services to clients.
• Greet clients professionally and promptly.
• Maintain strict cleanliness standards according to protocols.
• Possess thorough knowledge of services, products, and their benefits.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and conduct with guests.
• Attend training sessions for new services and train new employees as needed.
• Upsell guests on add-on service options.
• Report service issues immediately.
• Assist in other spa areas, including reception, attendant duties, and retail.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Current state license in Massage Therapy.
• Ability to set up all necessary equipment for services.
• Experience in product retailing.
• Ability to obtain/maintain any required certifications/licenses per local gaming regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
