Job Description

Responsible for guest satisfaction in the spa by performing services and maintaining spa standards throughout all procedures. Appointments will occur at reserved times with no delays. Maintain cleanliness of salon areas (hair stations, manicure and pedicure areas) and prep rooms professionally, following all protocols and checklists to enhance operations and guest experience.

• Follow uniform and grooming guidelines.
• Assist guests with retail product selections and educate them on proper use.
• Inform management when inventory or products are low.
• Communicate lost and found items to the spa desk immediately.
• Complete all checklists and comply with policies and procedures.
• Encourage guest requests for services.
• Be knowledgeable about the spa’s hair treatments, products, benefits, and ingredients, and communicate these to guests.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times with guests and team members.
• Greet guests entering the spa and be knowledgeable about available services.
• Keep work areas clean and well-stocked, maintain equipment and supplies daily.
• Ensure hair stations are stocked and towels are folded.
• Notify spa desk of service upgrades or changes.
• Report service issues immediately.
• Assist in training new team members and hotel personnel in hair services.
• Meet or exceed retail and service standards and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
