Job summary

White Lodging in Austin is seeking a licensed Esthetician to deliver exceptional spa services and create a relaxing, personalized guest experience across our premium hotels. You will perform facials, waxing, threading, and makeup applications following established procedures to meet each guest's skincare goals.

Stay up-to-date on the latest skincare treatments, maintain expert knowledge of all spa services, and contribute to a welcoming, detail-oriented team.

Qualifications

• License required by state regulations to practice esthetics.
• Experience with threading, waxing, and facial services preferred.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill guests' skincare goals and recommend treatments and products.
• Provide facials, waxing, threading, and makeup applications per procedures.
• Stay current on skincare procedures and treatments.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Fulfill the needs of guests by understanding their goals and recommending appropriate treatments and products.
• Provide the highest standard of facials, waxing treatments, threading, and makeup applications in accordance with established procedures.
• Stay up-to-date on the most current and emerging skincare procedures and treatments.
• Maintain expert product and service knowledge with complete understanding of all spa services offered.

What You’ll Bring

• A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to change.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in threading, waxing, and facial services.
• Up-to-date licensing and certifications as required by state regulations.
